Property Inspections are performed when a client is selling a property, buying a property or for insurance purposes. Inspections can be performed for maintenance reasons if desired. The inspection report will help eliminate last minute delays, potential costly problems and educate and inform the client of property conditions. The inspector seeks to identify normal vs. excessive wear in relation to the age of the property inspected.
