• Underground sewer pipe inspection.

• Radon gas testing—OHIO LIC.  

  Purpose: to reveal any unacceptable levels of harmful gases that often go undetected. Radon gas is the #2 cause of lung cancer. If detected in your home, it can be lowered to acceptable levels. We use a continual radon monitor that gives readings every hour for the endurance of the test for accuracy. • Gas line pressure testing.  

  Purpose: to reveal any leaks that may be concealed behind ceilings or walls that are revealed by the human smell. Pressure testing is the best method of checking for gas leaks in hidden or concealed piping.

• Well and septic inspections.  

  Bacteria and E-Coli testing. Septics checked for leaks and performance.

• Mold and mildew testing.  

  Air samples taken and lab checked for harmful molds—multiple methods of testing may be used.
