Property Inspections can be ordered prior to closing. Your offer on the property may be made contingent upon a complete and acceptable property inspection.

At minimum, the following items need to be address prior to the inspection:

• 24-48 hours notice

• Pre-Inspection Contract Agreement signed

• Full access to property

• All utilities on and operational

• Credit card payments due 24 hours before inspection.
